Sleep for Mom and Dad

A comment from a mother of two young boys. “I never have a “normal” week. Sometimes I feel like a half charged cell phone, I run out of my charge in the afternoon and have hours ahead of me. I need to get to bed earlier.“

The only moments Moms and Dads have to themselves are often after their children are asleep. This can make it almost impossible to get to bed “on time.” I suggest that parents begin to sort this complex issue through by picking one night each week to make their head hit the pillow at a reasonable time.
